Project Engagement

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in a separate proposal, agreement, or invoice before work begins.

Payments

Clients agree to pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients retain ownership of final approved deliverables upon full payment.
• Pixeliio retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, methodologies, and internal processes.
• Pixeliio may showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise requested by the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, assets, and timely feedback required for project completion.

Limitation of Liability

Pixeliio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party platforms and services such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software tools. Pixeliio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed proposal or contract.

Changes to These Terms
